Terms of Asset Transfer

01. Scope of Acquisition

The acquisition price of $12,500 USD constitutes a full and final transfer of the digital property known as RouteRunnerUSA.com. This includes the primary domain name, all associated high-resolution brand identity source files (Logo, Typography, Brand Guidelines), and the 2026 Strategic Logistics Roadmap.

02. The Transfer Protocol

To ensure a secure and professional handoff, the following protocol is initiated immediately upon verified payment:

STEP 1: Verification of funds via the secure PayPal SDK.
STEP 2: Initiation of Domain Push or Transfer Authorization Code (Auth-Code) within 24–48 business hours.
STEP 3: Digital delivery of the Brand Identity Asset Vault via secure cloud link.
STEP 4: Final confirmation of legal registrant change.

03. Finality of Transaction

Due to the nature of digital asset transfers and the immediate surrender of intellectual property, all sales are final. Buyers are encouraged to complete all due diligence and inquiries via the Strategic Inquiry form prior to initiating a purchase.

04. Post-Transfer Support
